Job Description of Cargo Unloader:

At UPS, our Airport Warehouse Workers are an integral part of our logistics operations. As Cargo Unloader, they work in an innovative hub that serves as the epicenter of our global air network. Their primary duties include sorting, loading and unloading package volumes within the facility or working outside to load and unload UPS aircraft using specialized equipment. Physical endurance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are vital for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cargo Unloader:

• Handle packages that weigh no more than 70 lbs safely and carefully.
• Efficiently move cargo and containers onto and off of planes, ensuring safety and organization.
• Safe practices and adherence to protocols are essential when working at heights to minimize the risk of injuries.
• Effortlessly handle packages using UPS equipment.
• Engage with a varied and motivated crew to produce exceptional outcomes.
• Dedicate yourself to being efficient and thorough in all of your tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Cargo Unloader:

• Expertise to heave weights up to 70 pounds.
• The capability for stamina and muscular power to lift continuously.
• Employers who refuse to hire an individual because of their citizenship status may be violating the law.
• A reliable and diligent attitude towards work.
• Comfortable with heights and able to work effectively.
• Robust work shoes wanted.

Salary:

The compensation package for this position begins at $21.00 per hour.
