Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:

This role involves engaging with customers to assist with package shipping, addressing inquiries, and completing sales transactions. Shifts are flexible, ranging from morning to evening, and no prior experience is required. Candidates will also perform basic computer tasks, including package tracking and daily records management.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to assist with shipping packages and addressing inquiries.
• Verify shipping addresses and perform quality checks on package packaging.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Use UPS systems for package tracking, processing, and daily records accounting.

Qualifications and Experience:
