• Ensure sales transactions are handled swiftly and with a professional approach.
• Offer top-notch customer care with a professional and welcoming demeanor amid a high-speed atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Support Agent:

• Training is offered, making prior experience unnecessary.
• Skillful in engaging with others through communication.
• Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records.
• Efficiency in managing several tasks concurrently while keeping a sharp focus on details.
• The eligibility to work in the United States must be in accordance with the law.
