Job Summary:

The UPS Store provides exceptional customer service, assisting with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services. This role involves engaging with customers, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth transactions while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, building rapport and trust to drive sales and loyalty.
• Provide expert guidance on services and products, offering customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Process shipments, securely pack items, and ensure accurate documentation for transactions.
• Operate printing and copying equipment, delivering high-quality results in a timely maer.
• Handle mail and packages with care and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized store to uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and career growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-2 years of customer-facing retail experience.
• Strong sales background (preferred).
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays as required.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
